HMRC new agent form 64-8

Please find below, a partially completed and dynamic PDF copy, of HMRC's form 64-8 to be used to appoint Amberside Accounting Ltd as your new tax agent.  This will authorise HMRC to share your tax data with Amberside Accounting Ltd and take representations from us on your behalf.  Should you have any queries on how to complete it please contact your Client Account Manager.  Once completed please save a copy and send it to your contact at Amberside Accounting Ltd.  Please note a wet signature is not required.
